Customers should email us with as much detail as possible about the item and the problem with it.

Include for example make, model, date of manufacture, description of colour/fabric pattern etc. A photo could also be included. This will allow us to recommend the best course of action.

We can arrange pick up and return-delivery.

For country, interstate and international customers, pick up and return-delivery can also be arranged.
